Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm on a mission to make boards more effective, and through them, build better businesses and benefit society.

Over twenty years we have established ourselves as the market leader in governance and board effectiveness, trusted by more than 80,000 directors, executives, and governance professionals globally, including across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30. That trust has been earned through depth of insight, rigorous advisory work, and a track record that newer entrants simply cannot replicate.

We have invested in applied AI since 2020, well ahead of the market, and that early conviction has paid off. Our AI-powered platform and smart board advisor give us a competitive advantage that is widening, not narrowing. In 2024, K1 Investment Management, the leading B2B Enterprise SaaS investor, backed us to accelerate that position further. We are now growing fast, with a proven commercial model spanning both mid-market and enterprise, and a product suite that has become a necessary addition in high-stakes board environments.

The people joining us now will shape how we scale. We are deliberate about how we do that. Our founders and leadership team are deeply invested in keeping the culture that got us here: thoughtful, high calibre, and genuinely human. Ambition and balance are not in competition at Board Intelligence.

If you want to work at the intersection of AI and governance, on problems that matter at the highest level, this is a strong place to be.

Our Mission

We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefitting society.

The Role

We're looking for a Graduate Product Adoption Specialist to help prospective customers experience the value of the Board Intelligence platform in a practical, meaningful way.

Rather than focusing on selling features, you'll become a product specialist, learning how our platform helps organisations work more efficiently, make better decisions and improve governance.

You'll own and coordinate proofs of value (PoVs)—working with customers to understand their objectives, configuring the platform around their use cases and guiding them through a structured adoption journey. Success comes from ensuring customers experience tangible value while keeping the proof of value aligned to agreed success criteria.

This is a highly consultative role. You'll work with senior stakeholders including Company Secretaries, governance teams and executives, asking insightful questions, listening carefully to feedback, handling objections professionally and helping customers stay engaged throughout the evaluation process.

You'll also act as the bridge between Product, Sales and Consulting, bringing valuable customer insight back into the business to continuously improve both our platform and how we demonstrate its value.

Main Responsibilities

Proof of Value Management

  • Take ownership of multiple proof of value engagements, ensuring they remain structured, organised and aligned to agreed success criteria.
  • Configure the Board Intelligence platform using customer data and real business scenarios to demonstrate measurable value.
  • Help customers understand how the platform improves efficiency, saves time and supports better decision-making.
  • Keep proofs of value progressing by coordinating activities, managing timelines and ensuring agreed milestones are achieved.
  • Hold customers accountable for their role throughout the proof of value, ensuring they attend agreed check-ins, complete actions and remain engaged throughout the evaluation.
  • Continuously anchor discussions back to the customer's agreed success criteria, ensuring every interaction supports a successful transition to a long-term partnership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
