Graduate Product Consultant - Physics, Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Languages, Law (Bachelors/Masters)

About You
The ideal candidate will be analytical, ambitious and customer-focused, with:
- Academic Excellence: Graduated from a top university with a 2:1 or higher in Physics, Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Languages, Law or a related field, supported by strong A-level grades.
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, some work experience or an internship within a fast-paced technology, consulting or professional environment involving client interaction.
- Tech Passion: A genuine interest in technology, software and AI, coupled with an analytical approach to solving problems.
- Strong Communication: The ability to understand complex concepts and explain them clearly and confidently to different audiences.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting ideas and potentially demonstrating technology to individuals and groups.
- Professional Confidence: Able to build rapport and communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Consultative Mindset: Curious about how organisations work and motivated by understanding client challenges before identifying the right solution.
- Strong Desire for Pre-Sales: A genuine ambition to develop a career in technology pre-sales, solutions consulting or product consulting. Previous pre-sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Commercial Curiosity: Interested in understanding how technology creates value for clients and how solutions are positioned during the buying process.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including internationally, when required.
- Multilingual Skills - Nice to Have: Fluency in a European language is desirable but not essential.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Product Consultant, you will:
- Develop Your Pre-Sales Skills: Learn how to understand client requirements, uncover business challenges and translate these into compelling technology solutions.
- Deliver Product Demonstrations: Develop the confidence and product expertise to deliver engaging demonstrations, showing prospective and existing clients how the technology can address their specific needs.
- Support the Sales Process: Work alongside sales, product and technical colleagues throughout the customer journey, providing the product knowledge and consultative expertise that helps clients make informed buying decisions.
- Build Client Partnerships: Engage directly with clients, asking the right questions and becoming a trusted advisor on the product and its capabilities.
- Translate Complex Technology: Make sophisticated software and AI capabilities easy to understand by communicating their practical and commercial value clearly.
- Help Shape Solutions: Understand individual client requirements and help determine how the product can best be configured or positioned to solve their challenges.
- Deliver Expertise: Support onboarding and share product knowledge and best practices to help clients gain maximum value from the technology.
- Influence Product Development: Bring client insights back into the business, providing feedback to product and development teams to help shape future enhancements.
- Develop Relationships: Establish long-term trust with clients while building the communication, presentation, commercial and technical skills required for a successful career in pre-sales.
