Job Description
Are you organised, proactive and interested in how products are delivered in fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy working with teams to drive outcomes?
Join the SS&C Graduate Programme as a Graduate Product Delivery Lead and learn how to manage the end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and build your skills in agile delivery and stakeholder coordination.
What you’ll be doing
- Support end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives
- Track progress, manage risks and remove blockers
- Assist with agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement)
- Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Use metrics to support continuous improvement
- Communicate progress to stakeholders

- 2:2 or above in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or 2026, or be due to complete their degree before the programme start date.
Essential skills:
- Evidence of project coordination or managing deadlines
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in team environments
Desirable:
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello
- Awareness of delivery metrics
- Working in a data and AI-driven organisation

Important to know
- 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)
- Based in CityPoint, London
