Job Description

Are you organised, proactive and interested in how products are delivered in fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy working with teams to drive outcomes?

Join the SS&C Graduate Programme as a Graduate Product Delivery Lead and learn how to manage the end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and build your skills in agile delivery and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives
  • Track progress, manage risks and remove blockers
  • Assist with agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement)
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery alignment
  • Use metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders

  • 2:2 or above in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or 2026, or be due to complete their degree before the programme start date.

Essential skills:

  • Evidence of project coordination or managing deadlines
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in team environments

Desirable:

  • Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello
  • Awareness of delivery metrics
  • Working in a data and AI-driven organisation

Important to know

  • 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)
  • Based in CityPoint, London
