Operating from a cutting-edge facility, which includes cleanroom environments, they are dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards across all their manufacturing processes. They are now looking for a talented Graduate Production Assistant to join their growing team in Bexhill, East Sussex.

You will gain invaluable hands-on experience supporting the production of advanced optical and scientific components within a precision engineering environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to the production team across various manufacturing stages.
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and testing of optical and scientific components.
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation for quality control purposes.
- Contribute to the upkeep of a clean and organised production environment, including cleanrooms.
- Learn and adhere to strict manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and other team members.
- Identify and report any production issues or deviations to senior staff promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to all tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, or a related technical discipline is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Prior internship, workshop, or laboratory experience in a production or technical setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to new challenges.
