Are you a recent graduate passionate about people, culture, and looking to launch your career in HR?

Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented graduate to join our growing HR team as part of the TEG Graduate Program – HR.

Predominantly based in our London King’s Cross office, this is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in HR within a growing SaaS business, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of HR while learning directly from experienced HR professionals.

As part of the TEG Graduate Program, you will also gain wider exposure to our business and operations. You will need to be flexible and willing to work across both our London and Chippenham offices when required.

Role Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our HR team while developing your skills and experience across:

HR Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Produce HR documentation including contracts, letters, and colleague documentation
  • Maintain and update HR systems and colleague records, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
  • Support recruitment activities across the business
  • Support learning and development activities
  • Coordinate colleague benefits and wellbeing initiatives
  • Respond to general HR queries and provide day-to-day support to colleagues
  • Liaise with external HR service providers where required
  • Support wider HR projects and people initiatives

What we are looking for

  • A recent graduate with a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and sensitively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach with a real appetite to learn and develop
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 packages
  • Previous administration or HR experience is desirable but not essential

Working Conditions

Our London office is based in King’s Cross, just a 5-minute walk from the mainline station. This is an office-based Graduate Program, predominantly based in London. However, as part of your development and exposure to the wider business, you will also be required to work from our Chippenham office when needed, so flexibility to work between both locations is essential.
