Your mission

As a Graduate Digital Project Solutions (BIM) Coordinator, you'll help drive the digital delivery of some of Ireland's most exciting and complex construction projects. Working alongside project teams, engineers, architects and BIM specialists, you'll support the creation, coordination and management of digital project information throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll gain hands-on experience using industry-leading digital construction technologies and develop expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), model coordination, data management, digital workflows and collaborative project delivery. Your work will help improve project efficiency, quality and decision-making while supporting BAM's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with digital innovation, helping to shape the future of construction. Supported by experienced mentors, subject matter experts and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you'll develop the skills and confidence required to become a future leader in digital construction and project delivery.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for ambitious, motivated and curious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.

You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Information Modelling, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or another Built Environment discipline. This reflects the diverse backgrounds typically found in BIM and digital construction careers. [mtu.ie], [tudublin.ie]

You will have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in Summer 2027.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, innovation and the built environment. You should enjoy problem-solving, collaboration and finding smarter ways of working. Whether your ambition is to become a BIM specialist, digital construction leader, information manager or project delivery professional, you'll have the drive to embrace new challenges and maximise the opportunities available through our Graduate Programme.
