Your Mission
As a Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer, you'll play an important role in delivering some of Ireland's most complex and innovative construction and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you'll contribute to the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of engineering solutions that help shape the built environment.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for ambitious, motivated, and curious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.
You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering at an Irish third-level institution or university.
You will have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in Summer 2027.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about engineering, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to projects that create a more sustainable tomorrow. Whether your ambition is to develop your technical expertise, achieve professional accreditation, or become a future leader within the industry, you'll have the drive to embrace new challenges and maximize the opportunities available through our Graduate Programme.
