Company Description

Graduate Insurance Programme

Location: Meadowhall Business Park, Carbrook Hall Rd, Sheffield S9 2EQ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Job Description

Our 2 year programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business, on a rotational graduate programme across a range of areas within our Insurance team, including:

  • Lead Generation
  • Sales
  • SME broking
  • Claims
  • Project management and delivery

You will get hands-on experience and responsibility from day one to allow you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential as a future leader, and you will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme. Plus, you might even have the chance to complete a 6-month international secondment at one of our global offices.

You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected)
  • Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed
  • Evidence of some work experience or extra curricular activities is a plus
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • An interest in growing within insurance (including completing the CII Certificate of Insurance qualification).
