Location: Hybrid working from our Head Office in Yeovil (3 days per week)
Duration: Two-year Graduate Programme
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain: Develop a broad understanding of how products move from supplier to customer. You'll gain experience in demand planning, forecasting, operational efficiency, supplier collaboration, and performance analysis, helping to ensure our supply chain remains efficient, resilient, and ready to meet customer needs.
- Commercial: Discover how commercial decisions shape our business by working across buying, merchandising, and supplier management. You'll help influence product ranges, analyse market trends, build supplier partnerships, and develop the commercial skills needed to drive growth and deliver value for our customers.
- Marketing: Gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing disciplines, from campaign delivery and customer planning to PR, social media, and local marketing. You'll help create engaging customer experiences, support brand awareness initiatives, and bring exciting campaigns to life across multiple channels.
- Digital & Data: Explore how data and digital innovation drive the customer experience. You'll work with data insights, digital marketing, loyalty and CRM, and website optimisation projects, helping to improve online journeys and support business decisions through data-driven thinking.

Qualifications
To be considered for our future Graduate programmes you have to:
- Have graduated or due to graduate in 2027
- Have the permanent right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship or accept graduate visas at this time)
- Available to work from our Yeovil based head office 3 days a week
