Start your career by helping deliver real business change

Join Grayce and work with a market-leading specialist insurer as it invests in new technology, modernises its operations and improves customer experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced project, change and technology professionals, helping turn plans into action and keeping important transformation work moving. From tracking progress to working with stakeholders, you’ll gain practical experience of how major organisations deliver change.

This isn’t a programme where you’ll be watching from the sidelines. You’ll work full-time with a Grayce client, take responsibility for real project activity and develop skills that can support a long-term career in project management, change, business analysis or consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your work may include:

  • Coordinating project activities, deadlines and actions
  • Supporting project planning, governance and reporting
  • Tracking risks, issues, decisions and dependencies
  • Preparing and helping to facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Communicating progress to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Gathering information and turning it into clear updates or recommendations
  • Supporting process, technology and operational change
  • Helping project teams monitor progress and deliver agreed outcomes

You’ll typically work with one client at a time. This gives you the opportunity to understand the organisation, build trusted relationships and see how a major transformation programme develops.

What You’ll Learn

As part of Grayce’s Accelerated Development Programme, you’ll build practical capability in areas such as:

  • Project planning and delivery
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Risk and issue management
  • Change management
  • Business analysis
  • Professional communication
  • Structured problem-solving

Alongside your client work, you’ll complete a minimum of six industry-recognised accreditations. You’ll also receive dedicated coaching and mentoring throughout your development, with clear progression pathways and significant annual salary increases as you grow.
