Graduate Project Coordinator
About the Role
Are you a recent Project Management, Business Management, or related graduate looking to launch your career in project management? We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Graduate Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about planning, coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you build expertise in project coordination, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects.
- Support project scheduling, resource planning, and task tracking.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and update project plans.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project risks, issues, and action items.
- Support budget tracking and project administration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Assist with project governance and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records using project management tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
- Stay updated with project management methodologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Basic knowledge of risk management and project planning.
- Understanding of project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Academic projects, internships, or leadership experience are beneficial but not required.
