Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager in the planning and execution of customer projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Assist in tracking project costs, risks, actions, and progress updates.
- Liaise with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure project requirements are achieved.
- Attend project meetings and issue meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Support coordination of Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), customer visits, and project reviews.
- Analyse project data and prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI updates.
- Assist in investigating project issues and identifying practical solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Support customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and business systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of Telestack products, manufacturing processes, and project delivery requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities as experience develops.
About The Role
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Placement or internship experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or project environment would be beneficial.
- Strong interest in developing a career in project management.
Skills & Behaviours
- Strong IT and systems capability with excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to learn new software systems and digital tools quickly.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments and with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Commercial awareness and a desire to understand how projects impact business performance.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements where appropriate.

Travel Requirements

Office
