About the Role
The DeepOcean graduate engineering scheme is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to start an exciting career in the subsea sector working within oil and gas, offshore renewables, deep sea minerals, and other non-energy niches. The two-year scheme includes work both on and offshore supported by training sessions with a focus on career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete graduate objectives
- Attend training courses
- Perform engineering tasks according to the Engineering Procedure and in a safe and accurate manner
- Participate in offshore jobs as part of operation team
- Assist in planning and execution of marine operations
- Complete quarterly reports
- Follow up design/fabrication of tools/structures
- Assist in vessel mobilisation and offshore operation
- Ensure clients receive sufficient documentation and updates on progress, within the given deadlines
- Liaise with HSEQS to ensure all project/tender specific HSEQS requirements are met and all necessary documentation is completed.

Your Background and Competence
To master this position, you should ideally have the following background:
- Higher Education Degree/Master/Bachelor (or equivalent) in relevant engineering or science subject
- Degree must be accredited by Engineering Council

Demonstrable Experience Specific to the Role
