Graduate Project Manager – Construction

Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

We are excited to be recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Project Manager to join an established client within the sprinkler and fire protection industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to build a long-term career in construction project management.

You don't need previous experience within the sprinkler industry. Full training will be provided, including paid training courses, giving you the knowledge and skills required to progress into a Project Manager position.

You will be based in Central London, working across projects and learning directly from experienced Project Managers and site teams.

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of construction projects
  • Working with clients, contractors and site teams
  • Understanding project programmes and deadlines
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets
  • Coordinating labour, materials and equipment
  • Attending site meetings and client meetings
  • Understanding drawings, specifications and project requirements
  • Supporting the management of health & safety and compliance
  • Helping to manage projects through to completion and handover
  • Progressing towards independently managing your own projects

We are looking for a graduate who is:

A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related subject would be beneficial, although other graduate backgrounds will be considered.
