Graduate Project Manager - 2027 Development Programme - Peterborough

Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience, structured learning, and the support of mentors who care about your growth. You’ll develop the technical and interpersonal skills to help you succeed and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop an understanding of project management techniques in the alliance whilst adding your own input/ spin on approaches
  • Create synergy and a ‘joined up’ approach to project management across teams to enhance efficiency
  • Lead projects across various teams and deliver tangible success; whilst learning from mistakes along the way
  • Understand the importance of stakeholders in project management; develop sound stakeholder engagement approaches/techniques/ strategies to smooth projects landing
  • Understand the importance of intervention/ mitigation where required and remain calm under pressure to deliver against time, cost, quality and H&S standards

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Business Studies/ Project Management degree
  • Previous experience/ involvement in project management
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
