Graduate Project Manager
About Reply:

Role Overview:
This Graduate Project Manager role focuses on supporting the delivery of modern workplace, AI, automation and cloud-based projects. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to coordinate plans, track progress, maintain documentation and keep stakeholders informed. The position is ideal for someone organised, people-focused and curious about how Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and cloud technologies are applied in real client engagements. Over time, you will build practical experience in project governance, agile and waterfall delivery, and digital transformation best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers with day-to-day coordination, including maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs and status reports.
- Assist in organising and following up on governance meetings, preparing materials and capturing minutes and decisions.
- Contribute to the delivery of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions, working alongside consultants, developers and technical specialists.
- Track timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies, escalating risks and issues early to keep delivery on track.
- Work with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, clarify actions and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation and help ensure agreed processes and standards are followed.
- Build knowledge of delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall), digital transformation practices and modern workplace technologies to increase your contribution over time.
- Develop positive working relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders by being organised, reliable, communicative and eager to learn.

About the Candidate:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in an IT, business or related discipline.
- Genuinely passionate about technology and enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment.
- Has completed a placement year, internship or relevant work experience that demonstrates exposure to professional settings.
- Brings strong influencing, problem-solving and emerging leadership skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organised, proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn about Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI and cloud technologies.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, following through on commitments and contributing to team delivery.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
