  • Support Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and identify emerging risks, issues and delays, escalating these to senior colleagues where appropriate.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets and expenditure.
  • Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing documentation and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Attend site meetings and project reviews as required.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
  • Assist with preparing meeting agendas, minutes and action trackers.

  • Produce regular project updates and performance reports.
  • Assist with identifying and monitoring project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support compliance with organisational policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Promote adherence to health and safety requirements across project activities.
  • Assist in monitoring quality standards and project deliverables.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.
  • Develop an understanding of construction project delivery, contract administration and governance processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and undertake other duties as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
