Entry-Level Project Manager
I'm partnering with a leading London-based property developer on an entry-level Project Manager hire. It's a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants real responsibility from day one.
The Role
- Work client side on projects ranging from a few thousands up to multimillion, taking the lead on smaller schemes as you develop
- Produce budget estimates and development appraisals, and support on planning and on-site delivery
- Visit sites across the UK, working with architects, QSs, engineers and contractors
- Help deliver sustainability and ESG initiatives, such as rooftop PV

About You
- Recent graduate in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
- A problem solver and self-starter with strong communication skills
- Interest in the retail and construction markets
- Full UK driving licence
