Graduate Project Manager – Major Projects | London

Location: London & Home Counties

Salary: £28,000–£33,000 + Package + Structured Career Development

The Opportunity

Are you about to graduate, or have you recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline?

This is an opportunity to kick-start your career with one of the UK's leading principal contractors, delivering some of London's most prestigious and technically challenging projects.

Rather than being another number on a graduate scheme, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Directors on landmark developments (over £100m projects), gaining exposure to live schemes from day one and learning from some of the industry's most experienced professionals.

If you're ambitious, eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career within construction management, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
