The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Promotional Compliance Officer to provide compliance oversight and control of promotional activities within the company.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with our marketing team, ensuring compliance of promotional materials with MHRA’s Blue Guide, the ABPI and ABHI codes, PAGB codes and the CAP code for medicinal products and medical devices.
- Liaising with medical signatory and/or partner company for final approval.
- Reviewing and maintaining promotional material files to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulation timelines.
- Preparing and documenting product specific promotional materials, ensuring references are current and relevant.
- Supporting Compliance & Sustainability Manager with ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) related activities when required, in line with the company plans & vision to align with the NHS target of achieving net Zero by 2040.

The Person
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Would suit graduate with Life Science degree.
- 1-2 years promotional copy review/approval experience desirable but not essential.
- Great communication, and organisational skills with high standards of accuracy and precision.
- A basic understanding of Excel, MS Office and Adobe skills would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be given.
