At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is £23,500.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings and property management
- Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
- Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
- Receive structured training, mentorship and support
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates with a strong degree result and a passion for the property industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in the property sector
- Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
- A full UK driving licence
