At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is £23,500.

What You’ll Do

  • Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings and property management
  • Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
  • Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
  • Receive structured training, mentorship and support

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduates with a strong degree result and a passion for the property industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in the property sector
  • Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence
