We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Precast Engineer to join our team and develop their career within the precast concrete industry.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with our production and technical teams to ensure that precast components are manufactured in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.
The successful candidate will spend a significant amount of their time on the factory floor, carrying out pre- and post-pour inspections, checking reinforcement cages, reviewing moulds and dimensions, and ensuring products meet the required standards before they leave the factory.

General Duties
- Work closely with production, design, technical, and quality teams.
- Attend production and technical meetings where required.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
- Develop knowledge of precast manufacturing techniques, reinforcement detailing, concrete technology, and quality assurance.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and promote a strong safety and quality culture.
- Undertake any other reasonable engineering and technical duties required by the business.
