Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Manager with document control, quality records, registers and training records.
• Help maintain quality trackers and dashboards so that issues, actions and deadlines are visible and followed up.
• Assist with supplier and customer qualification checks and the organisation of supporting evidence.
• Support the recording, tracking and escalation of complaints, deviations, change controls and CAPAs.
• Help prepare materials for management review meetings and quality monitoring activities.
• Assist with operational quality activities relating to imports, stock, quarantine, recalls, returns and destruction where required.
• Learn and apply good documentation practice, data integrity principles and the discipline required in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across quality, operations, supply chain and commercial teams to help ensure information is accurate, complete and well organised.

We intend this role to form part of a structured graduate development pathway. The aim is not simply to train someone to complete administrative tasks, but to invest in building a rounded professional who understands how regulated healthcare businesses work and who is set up for an exciting career ahead.

The development pathway is expected to include exposure to good distribution practice, quality systems, documentation standards, operational process improvement, professional communication and broader business skills. The exact programme will be shaped around business needs and the successful candidate’s development, but the intention is to provide structured training, coaching and increasing responsibility over time.

Location and Working Pattern

This is an office-based role in Central London. The successful candidate should expect to work primarily from Hologram Health’s London office, as close supervision, training, team learning and access to operational documents will be important parts of the role.
