This role is working for our South West Water framework, so travel around their region is required.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with sub-contractors, while ensuring that the needs of a project are met
- Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, while minimising costs to maximise the value received
- Ensure that proper records, including final accounts, are kept and maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available
- Develop contract management skills, understanding the New Engineering Contract (NEC) contract and how change control works
- Promote our quality, cost, and efficiency strategy to ensure everyone is minimising costs and maximising value and assist with maintaining our world class safety culture – through the production of critical designs, health and safety documentation, O&M manuals, and commissioning plans

What You’ll Need
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related field
- Valid driving licence
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
