Job Description
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time
Our client is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support Senior Quantity Surveyors on civil engineering projects across the South, including highways, infrastructure, and bridge works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and contract preparation
- Carry out site measurements and review drawings
- Support cost analysis and project reporting
- Assist in subcontractor procurement and quotation analysis
- Help manage variations and final accounts
- Prepare payment certificates
- Identify and manage commercial risks

Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience (placement or post-graduate)
- Civil engineering or construction experience preferred
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
