London | Graduate | Full-time

SilverTide is the leading fintech specialising in buy-side brokerage services. Our software gives portfolio managers differentiated trade idea creation, analysis and optimisation — and we cover interest rate derivatives for the largest hedge funds in New York, London, Dubai and Geneva. We're looking for graduates who want to learn this business properly, alongside the people who built it.

What you'll do

  • Support senior salespeople in covering portfolio managers at leading hedge funds
  • Help build and present actionable trade ideas in listed interest rate options and OTC swaps
  • Run trade analysis and optimisation for ad hoc client requests
  • Learn how the market works day to day — rates, volatility, positioning and flow
  • Work closely with our execution traders to see ideas through from pitch to fill
  • Help strengthen client relationships and grow the franchise as you develop

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
