Join C&D Rural C&D Rural is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate or Recently Qualified Rural Surveyor/Land Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a progressive and respected rural property consultancy.
The Role
- Rural estate and property management
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Farm and estate diversification projects
- Valuations of agricultural and rural property
- Basic Payment Scheme and environmental schemes
- Compensation and utility work
- Sales, acquisitions and lettings of rural property
- Preparation of reports, budgets and professional advice
- Client relationship management and business development

About You
- RICS Accredited Degree
- Working towards MRICS/CAAV or recently qualified
- Passionate about rural property and agriculture
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK driving licence
