Graduate Recruitment Consultant (ASAP Start) – Earn £50k+ in Year One

You’ll be working alongside high-billing consultants in a business where success is recognised and rewarded quickly. With average fees of £37k (UK) and £70k (US), and top performers billing up to £750k annually, the earning potential is substantial from day one. Through a structured training programme and direct mentorship from senior consultants and the founder, you’ll gain the skills, market knowledge, and confidence to progress to Consultant level within just 6–9 months.

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own client and candidate network:
- Headhunting high-calibre tech talent for niche financial clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Business development: reaching out to new firms and negotiating terms
- Mapping out specialist markets to identify top talent
- Pitching opportunities and advising candidates on career moves
- Managing interview processes, including scheduling and preparation
- Negotiating offers and closing high-value deals

Who We Are Looking For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Strong academic background (good A-Levels required)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset and natural ability to build relationships
