I am partnered with a rapidly growing technology recruitment firm that's looking for ambitious 2026 graduates to join its team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants this September.
If you're motivated by career progression, uncapped earning potential, and working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment, this is an excellent opportunity. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the chance to achieve first-year earnings of up to £60,000 OTE.
The Role
- Build strong relationships with professionals across the technology sector.
- Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn, networking, and proactive headhunting.
- Work closely with innovative tech businesses to support their hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
- Develop valuable sales, negotiation, and commercial skills.
