The Opportunity

Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with an established Executive Search and Talent Consultancy that is entering an exciting new phase of growth and, for the first time, is investing in building a graduate talent pipeline.

This is not a typical recruitment agency. The business operates at the executive level, partnering with clients on senior and board-level mandates and positioning itself as a strategic talent advisor and consultancy, rather than a transactional recruitment provider. Alongside executive search, the firm provides clients with sophisticated talent intelligence, including:

  • Talent Market Mapping
  • Talent Benchmarking
  • Competitive Talent Analysis
  • Market & Sector Intelligence
  • Executive Search & Identification

The role therefore offers graduates the opportunity to develop a genuine understanding of how organisations think about senior talent, leadership structures and the wider competitive talent landscape.

The Role

As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will work closely with senior members of the business to support executive search mandates and talent consultancy projects. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the market you operate within, identify and assess senior-level talent, and contribute to the research and intelligence that underpins client decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
