Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Epsom (Office Based)
£28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000–£50,000)
Are you a recent graduate looking for a fast-paced, people-focused career with clear progression and strong earning potential?
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading recruitment consultancy partnering with some of the fastest-growing software and technology start-ups globally. You’ll be trained from day one as a Recruitment Consultant, working across high-growth markets including AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Marketing, Cloud, and FinTech.
No prior recruitment experience is required, just motivation and a desire to learn.

Recruitment is a consultative, sales-driven career where you connect businesses with the talent they need to grow. You’ll speak with candidates about their careers, work closely with hiring managers, manage interview processes, and earn commission for every successful placement. Performance is rewarded with rapid progression and high earning potential.
The Role
You’ll be trained to source and engage candidates, build client relationships, manage roles end to end, and develop strong commercial and sales skills, all within a high-performance, office-based environment.
