Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Location: London
On-site
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 OTE
Type: Full-time, permanent
About the role
We're looking for a graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the construction sector. You'll be trained from the ground up - no prior recruitment or construction experience needed, just drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people and business.
This is a 360 recruitment role. You'll build your own client base, source and place candidates, and manage the full process from first call to placement.
What you'll be doing
- Building relationships with construction companies to understand their hiring needs
- Sourcing and screening candidates across trades, site management, and technical roles
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end - interviews, offers, feedback
- Developing new business through calls, meetings and networking
- Hitting targets tied to placements and revenue
- Keeping accurate records on our CRM

- A degree (any subject) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills - you'll be on the phone a lot
- Competitive, target-driven and comfortable with a fast pace
- Resilience - recruitment has highs and lows, and we need people who bounce back
- Genuine curiosity about business and what makes people tick
- No construction background required - we'll teach you the industry
