Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Sales Career) – Central London

We’re hiring graduates to join our London office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, competitive and people-focused environments.

You don’t need recruitment experience; we train you from scratch on the job where you’ll learn from the best. What you do need is drive, resilience and the motivation to improve every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, both in-person, virtually and over the phone
  • Proactively arranging and attending face-to-face meetings (client visits, candidate meet and greets, networking)
  • Headhunting, matching and placing candidates into live roles
  • Managing the full recruitment sales cycle i.e. business development, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and placement management
  • Developing new business and growing your own specialist market
  • Working towards targets with support, mentoring and coaching from experienced consultants and managers
  • Learning key commercial skills, negotiation, persuasion and influencing
