What will you be doing?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build relationships, develop business, and make placements that genuinely impact people's careers.
You'll be:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates.
- Developing your own network within the property industry.
- Generating new business and identifying opportunities.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for property roles.
- Speaking to people every day — on the phone, over email, and face-to-face.
- Negotiating salaries, fees, and offers.
- Managing the recruitment process from your first conversation through to placement.
- Working towards individual targets and celebrating your wins with the team.
- Developing commercial, sales, and negotiation skills that will set you up for a successful career.

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, business development, hospitality, or another target-driven environment is useful, but it's absolutely not essential. We're much more interested in your attitude and potential.
What do you get in return?

You'll get:
- Uncapped commission and bonuses.
- OTE Year 1: £35,000–£40,000
- OTE Year 2: £60,000–£70,000
- OTE Year 3: £80,000+
- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, plus a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
- Unlimited holiday, with a minimum of 28 days to take.
- Incentive trips every 2 months.
