Graduate Recruitment Consultant – London
Start Dates: 17th August & 14th September (with additional potential later start dates now)
Realistic Earnings:
- Year 1: £40–50k
- Year 2: £75k
- Year 3: £100k+

What Will You Do?
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and match candidates to client needs.
- Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships and understand hiring requirements.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiation: Manage offers and secure win-win agreements.
- Compliance: Handle documentation and ensure legal standards are met.
