Graduate Recruitment Consultant – London

Start Dates: 17th August & 14th September (with additional potential later start dates now)

Realistic Earnings:

  • Year 1: £40–50k
  • Year 2: £75k
  • Year 3: £100k+

What Will You Do?

  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and match candidates to client needs.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships and understand hiring requirements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Negotiation: Manage offers and secure win-win agreements.
  • Compliance: Handle documentation and ensure legal standards are met.
