This is an opportunity to start a career in recruitment within a specialist eCommerce and digital recruitment business with ambitions to grow.

Working directly alongside the Managing Director, you will be trained across the recruitment process, sourcing and speaking with candidates, building relationships and taking responsibility for ensuring live vacancies are filled efficiently and to a high standard.

Initially, the role is focused on recruitment delivery rather than winning new clients, giving you the opportunity to learn the industry properly. As you develop, there is a clear opportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

The role

  • Source and engage candidates across eCommerce and digital marketing roles
  • Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience and career aspirations
  • Screen candidates and manage shortlists
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and candidate communication
  • Keep recruitment processes moving efficiently and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Work to clear, delivery-focused KPIs with regular support and coaching

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
