Emerging Talent Recruitment Advisor
We're working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Emerging Talent Recruitment Advisor to join on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early careers recruitment and enjoys managing multiple programmes, stakeholders and recruitment campaigns simultaneously. You'll lead the delivery of recruitment activity across solicitor apprenticeships, vacation schemes and training contracts, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll oversee attraction, selection, assessment centres, offers and onboarding, while helping ensure recruitment processes remain efficient, inclusive and data-driven.
What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of early careers programmes
- Reviewing applications and assessing candidates against agreed criteria
- Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and selection activities
- Advising stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Delivering candidate feedback and managing offer processes
- Supporting future joiners through onboarding and qualification-related queries
- Producing recruitment and diversity reporting to track campaign performance
- Maintaining recruitment systems, data and candidate records
- Coordinating the delivery of vacation schemes and participant programmes
- Building relationships with universities, external partners and industry organisations
- Representing the organisation at careers events and attraction activity

About you
You'll already have experience within an Emerging Talent, Graduate Recruitment or Early Careers role, ideally within a law firm.
You'll be comfortable managing assessment centres, reviewing applications, engaging with senior stakeholders and making informed recruitment recommendations. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to balance multiple deadlines during a busy recruitment cycle.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of their work and is genuinely passionate about developing future talent.
Experience required
- Emerging Talent, Graduate Recruitment or Early Careers recruitment experience
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding
- Exposure to assessment centres and candidate selection processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting
- Understanding of legal qualification pathways or professional services early careers programmes would be advantageous
