Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£40,000–£50,000 OTE (Year 1)
Sevenoaks, Kent | Full-time | Office Based

We're looking for 2 x Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our growing US Infrastructure Engineering team, helping some of North America's fastest-growing engineering businesses find exceptional engineering talent.
No prior recruitment experience is required. This role is ideal for a recent graduate that is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.
From day one, you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside our senior leadership team on a newly established desk with a proven track record of success and a strong pipeline of live vacancies. You'll quickly become a specialist in the US engineering market, managing the candidate side of the recruitment process and supporting recruitment campaigns within one of the world's most in-demand infrastructure engineering markets, benefiting from high-value placements, fast-moving recruitment processes and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a 180 recruitment role, allowing you to focus entirely on sourcing, engaging and placing the right candidates while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-quality engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal CRM and referrals
- Speaking with engineers to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Build and maintain a strong network of engineering professionals across the US market
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through to successful placement
- Delivering high-quality, well-qualified candidate shortlists to consultants and clients, ensuring a fast and efficient hiring process

What We’re Looking For
A degree (in any discipline). Recent graduates are welcome to apply, but this opportunity is also open to candidates who graduated earlier and meet the below criteria.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to limited public transport links to the office (essential)
- Experience working in sales or a customer-facing role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
Previous recruitment experience isn't essential, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
