Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator - International Law Firm
Location: Liverpool Street
Contract: 10 Month FTC
A leading law firm based near Liverpool Street is looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator to join its Early Careers team on a 10 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to support the full trainee lifecycle, from attraction and selection through to qualification, within a busy and collaborative team.
What the Role Involves
- Coordinating the training contract and vacation scheme recruitment campaigns from launch through to offer
- Managing the applicant tracking system - screening applications, scheduling interviews and keeping candidate records accurate
- Organising assessment centres, interview days, open days and insight events
- Supporting attendance at law fairs, university presentations and campus events
- Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, trainees and future trainees
- Coordinating trainee seat rotations, inductions and the trainee development programme
- Supporting trainees through the SQE process and the NQ qualification exercise
- Liaising with partners, supervisors and external providers on recruitment and training activity
- Preparing reports, tracking budgets and producing management information on campaigns

What They Are Looking For
- Previous experience in graduate recruitment, early careers, HR or L&D, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of training contracts, vacation schemes and the SQE route to qualification
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once
- Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels, from students to partners
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and good Excel skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
- Available to start on a fixed term basis
