Package: £27,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The Role:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (databases, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates and clients throughout the selection process
- Business development

The Requirements:
- A recent graduate
- B2B/B2C/phone-based experience (preferred, not essential)
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Any additional achievements including sport, music, internships, etc.
