Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Central London

Our client is a high-growth specialist recruitment business, working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to place senior talent across finance, transformation, technology, data and AI.
With 17 years of growth, 400+ private equity clients and international offices, they're looking to add ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to their London team.
The Role
You'll join an established desk with live vacancies from day one, gaining immediate exposure to 360 recruitment and working on senior and C-suite appointments.

You'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Business development and winning new opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Developing your own specialist market

Package & Benefits
- £30,000 base salary
- £40–60k Year 1 OTE
- 10% commission while training
