Graduate Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group

What You'll Do
- Learn the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Business development and winning new clients
- Sourcing and engaging top talent
- Managing interviews and offers
- Negotiating and closing placements
- Building your own specialist market
- Working towards clear targets and career goals
