Graduate Recruitment Consultant

City of London - HQ Office

Starting Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission = Year 1 OTE £40K+ (£100k+ in 3 years)
Start Date: 12th October 2026

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

This is a true 360 recruitment sales role. You’ll be learning how to win clients, build deep talent networks and place the very best tech specialists into high-impact roles.

Global Reach & Deep Specialisation – We're operating in 40+ countries, placing professionals in contract, permanent and project roles across the tech ecosystem.
Market Expertise – You’ll work within niche markets where we live and breathe the technology ourselves.
