Horsham | Office-Based | Full Training Provided
Barrington James is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Horsham office as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, working within the global Life Sciences sector. You don't need previous recruitment experience. What matters to us is your ambition, resilience, competitiveness, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Life Sciences professionals
- Work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies
- Identify and understand client hiring requirements
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Develop your sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Work towards individual and team targets
