- Compensation: up to £30,000 basic with quarterly commission
- Hybrid working: 4 days weekly in Piccadilly Circus office
- Start: August / September

What will you be doing in this role?
Candidate management:
- Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client –through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals
- Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates
- Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to post-placement.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to assess and critique candidates against mandate requirements.
- Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment
- Provide consultative services and market intelligence to candidates
- Send speculative CVs to relevant clients
- Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome any concerns
- Manage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers

Client management:
- Market map clients, gathering information
- Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches
- Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and creating client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process
