Financial Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Anson McCade is a leading global talent search firm specialising in Quantitative Research, Quantitative Trading, and Technology. We partner with some of the world's most prestigious investment banks, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and financial technology companies across the UK, Europe, North America, and APAC.

We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant who is interested in financial markets and wants to build a successful career in recruitment.

The Role

As a Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with leading financial institutions and exceptional candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll develop market expertise, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in connecting top talent with world-class organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • Negotiating offers and providing market insight
  • Identifying new business opportunities within your market

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduates or professionals in the early stages of their career
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven individuals
  • An interest in finance, trading, or recruitment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
