Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Leeds City Centre | £28,000–£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £35,000+ | Year 2 OTE: £50,000–£80,000

We’re working with a high-growth executive search business in Leeds that is looking to hire ambitious graduates as part of its next phase of growth.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your first year sitting on the sidelines. You’ll join a structured 9-month development programme designed to take someone with no previous recruitment or sales experience and develop them into a high-performing search consultant.
What will you actually be doing?
You'll be working within the executive search market, speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers within some of the world's most ambitious businesses. Your role will include:
- Building relationships with senior-level candidates and clients
- Speaking regularly with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other senior executives
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals
- Using phone, LinkedIn and email to develop your network
- Learning how to manage an executive search process from start to finish
- Developing commercial, negotiation and business development skills
- Working towards clear performance and progression targets

The training
One of the biggest attractions here is the level of development you'll receive. The first nine months include structured training, regular coaching, daily role-play and call reviews. The aim isn't simply to teach you how to recruit. It's to develop the commercial skills, confidence and market knowledge required to operate credibly with senior business leaders.
