The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist head hunter within the technology market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting senior professionals across the UK, Europe and North America
- Building relationships with C-suite and Director-level candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management
- Working closely with innovative start-ups and high-growth businesses
- Developing new business opportunities and growing client relationships
- Building your personal brand through networking and LinkedIn
- Becoming an expert within your specialist market
