The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist head hunter within the technology market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Headhunting senior professionals across the UK, Europe and North America
  • Building relationships with C-suite and Director-level candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management
  • Working closely with innovative start-ups and high-growth businesses
  • Developing new business opportunities and growing client relationships
  • Building your personal brand through networking and LinkedIn
  • Becoming an expert within your specialist market
