What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets
- Developing new business and building client partnerships
- Managing the interview and offer process
- Negotiating contracts and placements
- Developing your own specialist market and personal brand
- Working towards clear performance, financial, and career progression goals
