Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

The role
- Recruiting Software Engineers, Quant Developers and Trading Systems specialists into hedge funds and trading firms
- Headhunting highly sought-after technology professionals rather than relying on job boards
- Mapping competitor teams and developing specialist knowledge of the trading technology market
- Managing recruitment processes from initial client brief through to offer and placement

Requirements
- Recent graduate with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Genuine interest in technology, financial markets or trading
- Competitive, resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Motivated by progression and uncapped earning potential
